Our pricing is based on two things: your home’s square footage, and how often we visit. The more often we come, the lower the price per visit. Pick what works for you — change it whenever life changes.
✨ GOOD TO KNOW
First clean for recurring clients? It’s billed at the Deep Clean rate. We’re starting from scratch — getting your home to the level where maintenance cleans actually work. From visit #2 onward, your recurring rate kicks in.
Move-In or Move-Out clean? Starts at the Deep Clean rate — final price depends on the property’s condition. Empty homes mean inside cabinets, inside appliances, every baseboard, walls — the works. Recurring discounts don’t apply to deep work.
One-time clean only? Select the Deep Clean rate at checkout. No subscription, no recurring schedule — one and done.

What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens — we get it. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 fee. More notice than that? No charge.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is due after your cleaning appointment is complete. We accept card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner — we don’t take a cent.
