Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Most of our clients prefer to be out running errands or at work. You can provide a door code or hidden key, and we’ll lock up when we’re done.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or a vacuum?
No. We bring our own high-quality, pet-friendly products, plus our own vacuums and mops. You don’t have to stock a thing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 fee to compensate the cleaner for their time.
How does payment work?
We place a temporary hold on your card when your cleaner arrives. We only process the final charge after the clean is complete. No upfront charges, no surprises.
Do you clean up after pets?
We love pets. We’re happy to clean homes with cats and dogs (and we even have a “Heavy Pet Hair” add-on if the shedding is intense). We just ask that aggressive or anxious pets are secured while the cleaner is there.
