If you’re outside our standard zone, there’s a flat $35 out-of-zone fee — no surprise charges at checkout.

It’s the most honest pricing model in the industry. Most companies hide this and surprise you with upcharges.

4. What’s actually included in a Standard Clean?

5. Are you insured? What happens if something gets damaged?

Yes — fully insured. If something breaks or gets damaged during a clean, we own it. Report it within 24 hours and we’ll make it right, whether that’s repair, replacement, or refund. No runaround.

6. What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens. Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are subject to a $50 fee because our cleaners have already blocked off the time. Just reschedule through your booking confirmation email — no phone call needed.

7. Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yep. Vacuum, mop, cloths, and all standard cleaning products are included. If you have specific products you want us to use (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, pet-safe) just leave them out and let us know in your booking notes.
