Here’s a question almost no cleaning company will answer straight: what does it actually cost?
Go ahead, try it. Search around the Triangle and you’ll hit a wall of “request a quote,” “contact us for pricing,” and “a team member will reach out shortly.” Which is corporate-speak for we’ll tell you the price once we’ve got you on the phone.
We think that’s backwards. So here are real numbers — the same ones sitting right on our pricing page — plus what actually moves the price up or down, so you can budget before you ever talk to anyone.
The Short Answer
For most homes in Raleigh, Cary, and Durham, here’s where pricing starts:
- Standard Clean — starts at $130 (homes up to 900 sq ft)
- Deep Clean — starts at $205
- Move In / Move Out Clean — starts at $205
- Recurring Service — first visit at the Deep Clean rate, then drops to your weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rate
That’s the floor, not a bait number. You’ll see your exact price online before you book — no in-home estimate, no phone quote, no guessing. Want to skip ahead and just see yours? It’s all on our pricing page.
What Actually Changes the Price
Cleaning isn’t one-size-fits-all, so a few things move the number. The difference between us and everyone else is that we’ll tell you what they are.
The Size of Your Home
Bigger home, more to clean — no shocker there. Our Standard Clean floor covers homes up to 900 sq ft, and pricing scales up from there based on square footage. A 1,200 sq ft Cary townhome and a 3,000 sq ft Durham two-story aren’t the same job, so they aren’t the same price.
The Type of Clean
A Standard Clean is your routine reset. A Deep Clean goes deeper — baseboards, buildup, grout, the corners that get skipped for months — so it costs more because it is more. First time booking with anyone is almost always a Deep Clean; you can’t maintain a clean that was never deep to begin with.
Add-Ons (Only If You Want Them)
These are à la carte, and every one is listed publicly before you book:
- Inside the microwave — $20
- Inside the oven — $25
- Inside cabinets — $30
- Inside the fridge — $35
- Heavy pet hair — $20
- Out-of-zone fee (outside our standard radius) — $35
No add-on is sprung on you after the fact. If it’s not in your booking, it’s not on your bill.
Why Recurring Is the Best Deal in the Triangle
Here’s the part the math nerds will appreciate. With recurring service, your first visit is billed at the Deep Clean rate to get the home to baseline — then every visit after drops to your recurring rate. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, your call.
No contracts. Skip or pause anytime. No fees for doing so. It’s the lowest per-clean cost we offer, which is exactly why it’s our most popular option.
What You’re Actually Paying For
A price tag without context is just a number, so here’s what’s baked in at every tier:
- Vetted, background-checked, insured cleaners — not random day-labor.
- All supplies, tools, and a vacuum. You don’t lift a finger or buy a thing.
- The same checklist on every job, so a clean is a clean whether it’s your first or fiftieth.
- Our re-clean promise: if something’s off, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean it free.
The Honest Bottom Line
House cleaning in the Triangle doesn’t have to come with a sales call and a mystery invoice. The number you see is the number you pay, the add-ons are optional and listed, and the whole thing takes about 60 seconds to book.
Whether you’re in Raleigh, Cary, or Durham, your exact price is already waiting for you — no form, no phone tag, no “it depends.”
